Please send us the following information
- 1 Email from which the subscription was made
- 2 Last 4 digits of the card used for payment
IMPORTANT! Refunds are processed within 12 hours and should show up on your card within 10 days, depending on your bank. If you haven’t received it by then, please contact us again. Mistaken charges will be fully refunded.
Cancel your Subscription on Apple devices
- 1 Open the App Store on your iPhone
- 2 Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
- 3 Select 'Subscriptions'
- 4 Select subscription you want to cancel
- 5 Tap 'Cancel Subscription'
IMPORTANT! If you delete the app, your subscription will not be cancelled
To cancel your Google Play subscription, follow these steps:
- 1 Go to 'Subscriptions' in Google Play
- 2 Find the subscription you want to cancel
- 3 Tap 'Cancel subscription'
